San Gabriel is thought to be the birthplace of the Metropolitan area of Los Angeles. It is a city in Los Angeles County, California, and it was the original township of the county of Los Angeles in 1852.

This city is named after the mission San Gabriel Arcangel, and this is also where it derives its motto, which is "a city with a mission."   With its great mix of cultures, the city is a good place for a wedding.
