West Covina City is a well kept upper middle-class suburb of Los Angeles, located in Los Angeles County. The city consistently funds new trees, picnic tables, water fountains, and walkways to maintain its appearance. It is only 20 miles outside Los Angeles and in close proximity to Disneyland and all major sporting events.

West Covina became a separate city from Covina in 1923 in order to prevent a sewage farm from being built, and was known for its successful walnut and orange groves. Between 1950 and 1960, West Covina was one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. It continues to show steady growth.
