The city of South St. Paul, which is a small family-friendly community situated on the banks of the Mississippi River, is conveniently located just four miles southeast of St. Paul, but it also has plenty of its own resources to help you with the wedding planning process.

Make sure you check out the Historic Concord Exchange, one of South St. Paul's premier wedding venues, as it features several rooms to accommodate any number of guests, from the cozy Martini Lounge to its elegant ballroom.

If you prefer a traditional venue South St. Paul is home to quite a few churches, including Clark Memorial United Church, Concordia Lutheran Church, and St. Stephens Romanian Orthodox, just to name a few.

South St. Paul has over 240 acres of parkland for you to enjoy, including the North Urban Regional Trail, which offers access to the Mississippi River.

There are also three picnic facilities available to rent for special occasions: the Kaposia Park Pavilion, Kaposia Park Shelter, and the Lorraine Park Shelter.
