Overland is a bedroom community, conveniently located six miles south of Florissant and six miles northwest of St. Louis, and we found resources to help you find the essentials on your wedding checklist. 

Local wedding planner, Personal Touch Weddings, can help you create and coordinate your customized vow ceremony, whether it be a religious, civil, or modern service. They also carry a nice selection of poetry and scriptures to assist you in finding the perfect readings.

Mandarin House is an elegant location for rehearsal dinners or casual wedding receptions. The banquet hall and main dining room can accommodate up to 430 guests while you enjoy traditional Chinese cuisine.  

The city of Overland also has facilities available to rent for special occasions, including the Community Center and Wild Acres Banquet Hall at Wild Acres Park. You can find out more information on the Facility Rentals tab on the city's website.

Overland's Community Center offers amenities such as an elevated walking track, racquetball courts, a whirlpool and spa, and a weight room that you and your wedding guests can enjoy during your free time. You can also eat fresh produce and watch local entertainers at the Farmer's Market, see the historic Lackland House, or visit the Build-A-Bear Workshop, which is headquartered in Overland.
