Arlington is a peaceful, rural town that is known as Shelby County's "best-kept secret," and it has plenty of resources to help you find all the essentials on your wedding checklist. 

Make sure you check out Designs in Mind, which offers a variety of wedding planning services, from customized centerpieces to affordable wedding rentals. Arlington Florist & Gifts is another great local resource for wedding flowers and has a nice selection of gourmet gift baskets.

For the men, check out Gent's Formal Wear, which offers great deals on tuxedos for wedding parties having five or more groomsmen, with a $40 discount on each groomsman's tuxedo and a free suit or free tuxedo rental for the groom.

Finally, make sure you remember to stop by one of the Shelby County Clerk's Office locations in Memphis or Millington within 30 days of your wedding. 

If you have time, Arlington has several historical places of interest that are worth a visit, including the Rachel H. K. Burrow Museum, S.Y. Wilson & Company, the Blacksmith Shop, and the Historic Post Office.

If you want some fresh air, Arlington is home to seven community parks and a sports complex featuring 3,500 feet of nature trails and picnic areas with grills.
