Lakeland is a great city for a wedding, and we found resources to help you find the essentials on your wedding checklist.

The city is only 18 miles east of Memphis, with convenient access to the Memphis International Airport for your out of town guests.

Make sure you check out Club Windward as a possible wedding venue. This elegant club features unique and "breathtaking" catering displays that are as delicious as they are visually appealing. If you prefer an intimate affair in your own home, Club Windward is willing to cater off-site. 

Lakeland has several city parks with picnic pavilions available to rent for special occasions, and you can find out more information about renting the park facilities by contacting City Hall. 

You can order seasonal wedding flowers from Flowers By Regis, and then give them to Flowers Forever, a private company that has been preserving bridal bouquets, groom's boutonnieres, and wedding gowns for over seven years. In addition to its parks with hiking trails, wooded areas, fishing lakes, and athletic fields, Lakeland has an outdoor paintball park with seven playing fields, and it is home to the Stonebridge Golf Club, which was voted by Golf Digest as the "most enjoyable" golf course in the Memphis metropolitan area.
