Sammamish is a city that is located in King County, Washington. It covers an area of about 18.3 square miles, and it borders Issaquah to the South and Bellevue to the West. This Eastside Seattle suburb was incorporated in 1999.

Europeans first settled in Sammamish in the 19^th century. It then rose slowly to develop notably in the 70s and 80s with the building of schools and shopping centers.

Presently, Sammamish is a good place to live. It has been ranked by CNN/Money Magazine as the 15^th best place to live in America. It is therefore not hard to see why people like to get married in this city.
