Middleton City

The city of Middleton, which is conveniently located just five miles west of Madison, is an especially beautiful place for spring weddings, as it is home to some award-winning parks that are their most beautiful during that time.

Middleton has plenty of resources to help you plan the wedding of your dreams, as it is home to some premier shopping venues, including Greenway Station, which features specialty boutiques, and Historic Downtown Middleton, which has some unique family-owned shops.

Since Middleton is in close proximity to all the major attractions in Madison, it has several quality hotels for your out-of-town wedding guests to consider.

Hilton Garden Inn, which is one of Middleton's popular wedding venues, has elegant banquet rooms that can accommodate up to 250 guests and has easy access to Greenway Station. Another local hotel with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and transportation services is Madison Marriott West.

Even though you're close to Madison, Middleton has plenty of its own attractions, so make sure you take a break from the wedding planning process to enjoy what it has to offer.

To start, you can sample beers at Capital Brewery, tour the National Mustard Museum or the Middleton Train Depot & Museum, and go hiking at either Pheasant Branch Conservatory or Governor Nelson State Park.
