Comfort is important.  Most men put comfort ahead of everything else when it comes to choosing a wedding ring.  If the ring is not comfortable, you are not going to be inclined to wear it.  This will most likely not make your bride happy.  When choosing a ring for comfort, there are two things to consider - the width of the ring and the shape of the ring. A ring with a gentle curve and soft rounded edges will be more comfortable than a ring with sharp angular edges.  Another popular choice is a comfort curve which is a gentle curve on the inside that will give the comfort that is desired but still allow for a flat outside surface.  The width is also important.  The most popular widths are 6 mm and 7 mm.  If you choose a ring that is wider than 7 mm, you should be aware that they are not quite as comfortable as a narrow ring.
