Make sure you check out Historic Old Town Albuquerque, which features over 150 shops, restaurants, and galleries, the locally owned boutiques in Nob Hill, and the Uptown outdoor mall and Colorado Center.

The county's diverse terrain makes it possible to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including scenic hot air balloon rides, horseback riding, rock climbing, rafting and canoeing, and skiing and snowboarding. 

If you want a taste of the city, you can come back into Albuquerque for your bachelorette party, and go to one of its concert venues, casinos, or clubs in either Nob Hill or Downtown.

Bernalillo County is known for its delicious ethnic cuisine, so you will have a great selection of caterers for your wedding day.

It also hosts several food and wine festivals annually that are worth your time to check out, including the National Fiery Foods and Barbecue Show, the Albuquerque Wine Festival, the Pork and Brew Festival, Summerfest, and New Mexico Wine Festival.

If you are a history lover, be sure to check out Maxwell Museum of Anthropology, New Mexico Steam Locomotive and Railroad Historical Society, and Petroglyph National Monument, which is located in in the high desert.
