Allegheny County

Allegheny County has the second largest population of all the counties in Pennsylvania, with numerous resources to help you make your wedding day everything you've always dreamed of.

The county is serviced by The Port Authority of Allegheny County, which is the 14th largest public transportation system in the United States and will allow you and your wedding guests to explore the area with ease.

Pittsburgh, which is the seat of the county, has been recognized for its initiative in the "Rails to Trails" program, which turns old railroad tracks into recreational trails for hiking. In addition to the trails, you and your wedding guests will be able to enjoy activities such as fishing and hunting, or boating and jet skiing in Point State Park.
