Utah is a state located in the Western part of the United States.  It was the 45th state to be admitted into the union and is the 10th least densely populated of all the 50 United States.  As a matter of fact, around 80% of the states population (around 2,820,000) residents live along the Wasatch Front which centers on Salt Lake City.  This leaves vast expanses of Utah almost uninhabited.
