Here is how to enter the Davids Bridal Monthly Sweepstakes:

2. Fill in all the required fields with your name, email address etc.
3. Hit the Submit button, and you are signed up!

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, log on to www.davidsbridal.com (in the U.S), or www.davidsbridal.ca (in Canada) and fill in the on-line registration form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions during the Sweepstakes period and you will be entered once in the Sweepstakes for that month. To enter the Sweepstakes without registering, type or hand print your first and last name, address, telephone number, email address, and age, on a 3" x 5" piece of paper or note card, and place in the mail with proper postage addressed to: David's Bridal Gown Sweepstakes - Marketing 1001 Washington Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428; or David's Bridal Canada Gown Sweepstakes - Marketing 1001 Washington Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428 U.S.A. Mailed entries must be typed or handwritten and are limited to one (1) per envelope or outer mailing. 

There is a limit of one (1) entry per participant, regardless of method of entry. Subsequent entries by the same participant will not be valid. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor. No entries will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
