Leawood has several different wedding venues for you to consider, including Ironwoods Lodge, the perfect place for rustic country weddings, as it features vaulted ceilings with wood beams, hanging metal chandeliers, and an attached patio overlooking the woods.

For traditional weddings, check out The Church of the Resurrection, which can accommodate up to 350 guests. The church offers several beautiful locations for your ceremony, including a stone chapel or the Memorial Garden.

Leawood has six parks you can enjoy during your free time, including Tomahawk Creek Park, Ironwoods Park, and Brook Beatty Park. You can also visit the nearby Adam Legler Barn Museum, one of the region's major tourist attractions.
