The Live Oak Civic Center is an affordable wedding venue with over 30,000 feet of floor space. It is located near the airport and only 20 minutes from downtown San Antonio. The venue offers amenities such as free parking, podiums and microphones, covered patios, and padded chairs. 

The city is home to several parks located in the center of town. For your rehearsal dinner, you can rent the pavilion along Live Oak Lake, which features a barbecue pit and six picnic tables.

The area has mild winters and hot, humid summers. Spring and fall are comfortable months for outdoor weddings and photographs, but keep in mind that there is also a fair amount of precipitation.
