While we found some great resources in Crest Hill to help you with the wedding planning process, keep in mind that it's conveniently located just two miles north of Joliet and 31 miles southwest of Chicago, so you are in close proximity to major area attractions and transportation services.

To give your wedding guests a sweet treat, make sure you check out Aunt Nina's Sweets 'n' Treats, which specializes in gourmet popcorn, homemade chocolate truffles, and authentic Italian pastries.

Another great resource in Crest Hill is Merichka's, which specializes in classic American comfort food and has private banquet facilities that can accommodate up to 130 guests. 

Blossoms & Blooms Florist can put the finishing touches on your big day with custom ceremony arrangements, floral aisle runner decorations, reception centerpieces, and bridal bouquets made with seasonal flowers.

Crest Hill has several points of interest for you to visit during your free time, including Lidice Memorial and Crest Hill Veterans Memorial Garden. You can also go swimming at Chaney Pool or go golfing at Prairie Bluff Golf Course, one of the city's popular wedding venues.

Just keep in mind that Crest Hill has very cold winters, with an average temperature of 15.7 degrees Fahrenheit in January and 24 inches of snow annually.
