Monroeville is a diverse residential and commercial community with plenty of resources to help make the wedding planning process go smoothly. The municipality is only 13 miles from Pittsburgh, so you and your wedding guests will have easy access to the Pittsburgh International Airport. 

There are plenty of events, parkland, and activities both in and around Monroeville to keep you and your guests occupied in between wedding festivities. The municipality features over 650 acres of parkland and seven parks with facilities available to rent for special occasions. You can make reservations with the Recreation Department up to one year in advance.  

Other attractions for you to visit in Monroeville include the Monroeville Mall, the McGinley House, and The Old Stone Church, which is a charming and historic venue for small weddings. Make sure you remember to apply for your marriage license at the Marriage License Bureau in Pittsburgh within 60 days of your wedding.
