Sachse is a city located in Dallas County, Texas. This Northern Suburb of Dallas covers an area of about 9.9 square miles, and it is approximately 1 mile to the North of President George Bush Turnpike.

Founded by William Sachse in 1845, Sachse was known for its cotton mills and gins, which Mr. Sachse built after buying about 640 acres of land in the town. Sachse is also home to Woodbridge Golf Course, which is an 18 hole golf course that is home to the PGA’s Northern Texas Chapter.
